A quick update.
Thanks to a reader I was directed to a thread explaining why I can’t learn Dire Bear Form (or any bear form for that matter). Apparently if you Character transfer you will not have bear form trainable unless you drop a profession.
Another note, I was flying in Darnassus and logged out, when logging in I was instantly dismounted. Also you can know fly in Dalaran.
